According to Fosun Pharmaceutical's official WeChat, on June 8, Shanghai Fosun High Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. and the National Innovation Center for Technological Advancement of the Yangtze River Delta (Shanghai Yangtze River Delta Institute of Technology Innovation, Jiangsu Industrial Technology Research Institute) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement at the BFC Bund Financial Center in Shanghai. At the same time, Fosun Kite Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Henlius Biotech, Inc., member enterprises of Fosun Pharmaceutical, respectively announced the establishment of the "NICE-Fosun Kite Joint Innovation Center" and the "NICE-Henlius Joint Innovation Center" with the National Innovation Center for Technological Advancement of the Yangtze River Delta.
According to the agreement, the two parties will further strengthen the cooperation in industry-academia-research-application-finance, and promote talent cultivation, technology research and development, and collaborative innovation.
