Brise Pharma closes 200M+ yuan Series A to advance core products and global expansion

Recently, Brise Pharma, a Chinese drug developer dedicated to pioneering innovative therapeutics in the pain management field, announced the completion of an oversubscribed Series A financing round exceeding RMB 200 million. This round was led by the Beijing Medical and Health Industry Investment Fund, with participation from Ince Capital, Guanghua Wutong, and Proxima Ventures. Existing shareholders Shunxi Fund and Qiming Venture Partners continued their investment. Start Point Advisors acted as the exclusive financial advisor for this transaction.

The proceeds will be primarily allocated to the upcoming pivotal Phase III clinical study of BR005, China's first self-developed small-molecule CGRP drug candidate, and will support the continued expansion of additional innovative R&D pipelines in pain management.
