Shenzhen Salubris Pharmaceuticals Announces RMB 50 Million Investment to Acquire 5.56% Stake in Precision Medicine Firm PriMedix

Yicai Global APP reported that Salubris (002294.SZ) announced the company plans to invest RMB 50 million of self-raised funds into Precision Scientific (Beijing) Co., Ltd. ("Precision Scientific" or "Target Company") for an additional 5.5556% equity stake.

Before this capital increase, Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Wosheng Jingjia Equity Investment Partnership (L.P.) ("Wosheng Jingjia"), a controlled enterprise under the Company, and Watson Huijia Equity Investment Partnership (L.P.) in Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone ("Wosheng Huijia"), a participating enterprise under the Company, held 4.0587% and 2.5058% equity of Precision Scientific, respectively.

The announcement shows that Precision Scientific is a company providing research and development decision support based on multi-omics data mining, central laboratory testing services, and translational medicine services for new drug R&D enterprises. It has unique technologies in multi-omics (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, etc.), bioinformatics, biostatistics/machine learning, central laboratory services, and companion diagnostic development. Its self-developed multi-omics data analysis platform, AIBERT®, integrates vast amounts of multi-omics data resources and applies advanced bioinformatics and deep learning algorithms. Through omics data mining and analysis, it is expected to provide decision-making support for cancer drug R&D (including target discovery and evaluation, indication selection and expansion, biomarker discovery, drug resistance mechanism research, and combination therapy exploration), helping formulate differentiated development strategies.

The announcement stated that this transaction will help the company further enhance R&D efficiency, find new pathways to address unmet clinical needs, and launch chronic disease products at a faster pace. It is expected to strengthen the company's overall capabilities in new drug development, provide new exploration for innovative drug research, and align with industry trends and the company's long-term planning.
