C-MER Eye Care (03309.HK) Grants 80,000 Shares Under 2022 Share Award Scheme to New Advisors

C-MER Medical (03309) announced that the group has appointed Dr. Ko Wing-bun as the group advisor, and appointed Annie Leung, Dr. Li Kwok-to, Dr. Yiu Bun-kei, and Dr. Lam Chi-kit as group consultants. Annie Leung and Dr. Li Kwok-to were former independent non-executive directors and have recently retired from the company.

On June 28, 2023, the company granted a total of 80,000 shares under the 2022 Share Award Scheme. The grantees include four service provider participants who provide consulting services to the company, including:

(1) Annie Liang and Dr. Guodong Li, both of whom are newly appointed consultants of the Company and former independent non-executive directors who recently stepped down from the Company;

(2) Dr. Yao Benji, a director of several subsidiary companies of the Company, is also a dental partner of the Group and a newly appointed consultant;

(3) Dr. Lin Zhijie, the newly appointed consultant of the Group.
