C-MER Eye Care (03309.HK) Appoints Yin Ke as Independent Non-Executive Director

C-MER Medical (03309) announced that Yin Ke has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, as well as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, effective from July 3, 2023.

Li Chunshan has notified the board of directors that he will resign from his position as an executive director of the company effective July 3, 2023, as he is approaching retirement age. However, Li Chunshan will continue to serve the group as a director of certain subsidiaries of the group in China.

In addition, Dr. Ouyang Boquan will step down as a member of the Audit Committee, and Ms. Li Xiaoting will also step down as a member of the Nomination Committee on the same day.
