("Pregene"), a participating company in which HUAPONT LIFE SCIENCES holds a 12.41% stake, recently received a letter of approval (Stock Transfer Letter [2023] No. 1199) from the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Co., Ltd. The letter approves the public transfer of Pregene's shares and their listing on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations system, with the trading method being collective bidding.
