On July 4, according to Bloomberg, Samsung Bioepis Co., Ltd. signed a final contract with Pfizer Ireland to produce products worth $704.4 million.
In early June this year, Samsung Bioepis announced a strategic partnership with Pfizer, Inc. to achieve the long-term commercial production of Pfizer's multi-product portfolio. According to the terms of the new agreement, Samsung Bioepis will provide Pfizer with additional capacity for large-scale manufacturing of a multi-product biosimilar portfolio covering oncology, inflammation, and immunology.
