Introduction: Accelerating the Expansion of Global Business

On July 9, XtalPi announced that its innovation lab in Boston was officially put into operation.

It is reported that XtalPi has built an automated laboratory of over 5,000 square meters, with hundreds of experimental robot clusters in Shenzhen and Shanghai. This innovative laboratory will replicate its successful experience of digital and intelligent laboratories in Boston and demonstrate how XtalPi's self-developed AI + robotics platform, as a new generation of research infrastructure, is driving the intelligent and automated upgrading of drug research and development.

XtalPi Boston Innovation Lab is located in Kendall Square, known as "the most innovative square mile on the planet," at the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) by the Charles River. Covering an area of approximately 120 square meters, this lab aims to enhance innovative exchanges and promote industry collaboration. It showcases the latest technological achievements and application examples of XtalPi's self-developed automated robotic chemical synthesis laboratory. Additionally, it strengthens communication with top-tier R&D scientists in North America and deepens the understanding of industry pain points. With a goal-oriented approach, the lab drives the XtalPi team to continuously develop more advanced AI + automation solutions for bottleneck issues in biopharmaceutical research.

It is reported that, currently, this digital-intelligent laboratory can increase human efficiency to 2-5 times that of the traditional model, enabling full traceability and real-time feedback of highly precise experimental data. Through close collaboration with an intelligent algorithm platform and human scientists, it facilitates the transformation of drug chemical synthesis and testing from a "human-centered" labor-intensive model to a "people-oriented" intelligent and automation-intensive model. This continuous process drives the accumulation of high-quality R&D big data and the development and optimization of AI models, empowering innovation at the source of drug discovery.
