HangzhouJuly 11, 2023PR Newswire -- Zhejiang Doer Biologics Co., Ltd. ("Doer Biologics"), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing innovative biotherapeutics for metabolic diseases and cancer, today announced that it has entered into a licensing agreement with BioNTech SE (Nasdaq: BNTX, "BioNTech").

According to the terms of the agreement, Doer Biologics will grant BioNTech US Inc. a global license to utilize one of Doer Biologics' innovative discoveries for the research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization of novel biotherapeutics targeting an undisclosed target. Doer Biologics will receive an upfront payment as well as potential development, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments.
