Zhaoke Ophthalmology secures partnership with PT Ferron for commercialization in Indonesia for BRIMOCHOL™ PF

On November 6, Zhaoke Ophthalmology (Stock Code: 06622) announced a distribution and supply agreement with PT Ferron, a leading Indonesian pharmaceutical company, for BRIMOCHOL™ PF, an innovative treatment for presbyopia.

Under the agreement, Zhaoke granted PT Ferron exclusive rights to import, promote, distribute, market, and sell the product in Indonesia. Zhaoke will receive an upfront payment and is eligible for additional milestone payments upon achieving specific targets.

BRIMOCHOL™ PF is an investigational, preservative-free, once-daily eye drop designed to correct near vision loss associated with aging. In June 2025, Tenpoint Therapeutics—Zhaoke's partner and the drug's originator—announced that the U.S. FDA had accepted its New Drug Application (NDA). The FDA has assigned a Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) goal date of January 28, 2026.

Research indicates that presbyopia affects billions of people globally, with approximately 600 million adults impacted in regions including China, South Korea, and Southeast Asia.
