BT01002 Project: A Small Molecule Inhibitor with the Initial Indication for High-Risk Relapsed or Refractory Subtypes of Leukemia, Currently with No Approved Targeted Therapies Available. Preclinical Data Shows that Compared to the Positive Control, the PCC Candidate Molecule of BT01002 Project Demonstrates No Risk of QTc Prolongation While Enhancing Metabolic Stability in Humans. At the Same Dosage, It Exhibits Superior Efficacy in Animal Models Compared to the Positive Control Molecule. Additionally, the Target Plays a Direct Role in Signal Transduction Across Multiple Types of Tumors, with Potential Indications Extendable to Various Solid Tumors. Currently, the Project is in the PCC Selection Phase and Will Soon Enter Clinical Registration and Application Studies.
