Merck Animal Health Announces China Approval of Fluralaner Spot-on Solution (Bravecto®) for Flea and Tick Infestations in Dogs and Cats

MSD announced on July 18 that its animal health division's Fluralaner Topical Solution had received approval from China's Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. It is indicated for the treatment of flea (Ctenocephalides felis) infestations on the body surface of dogs and cats, tick (Rhipicephalus sanguineus, Haemaphysalis longicornis, Dermacentor variabilis) infestations on the body surface of dogs, and tick (Rhipicephalus sanguineus, Haemaphysalis longicornis, Dermacentor variabilis) infestations on the body surface of cats. It can also be used as part of a clinical treatment regimen for Flea Allergy Dermatitis (FAD).
