XTAL AI and Parthenon Therapeutics Announce Collaboration on Antibody Drug Discovery for Solid Tumors

Today (September 4), XtalPi announced a collaboration with Parthenon Therapeutics, a company focused on remodeling the tumor microenvironment, to jointly develop antibody drugs for solid tumors.

In this collaboration, XtalPi will authorize Parthenon Therapeutics to use its XupremAb® antibody discovery platform. This platform includes a series of "experiment + AI" technical solutions that can be used to discover antibody drugs with better efficacy and developability. Parthenon Therapeutics and XtalPi will utilize various discovery methods within XupremAb® to conduct in-depth analysis of the immune repertoire, generate large integrated databases, and then use XtalPi's algorithms to mine excellent candidate antibody molecules.
