In October 2025, Agibot Medtech (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. ("Agibot") announced the completion of a Series B financing round raising hundreds of millions of RMB. This round was led by Mingxi Capital (明熙资本), with participation from Oriza Holdings, Lichen Investment (骊宸投资), and Nantong Investment Management (南通投管). It also saw continued investment from existing shareholders, including Cenova Capital and Oriza Seed, demonstrating the capital market's sustained confidence in Agibot's technological capabilities and commercial potential.

Agibot's core product, the AGIBOT® laparoscopic surgical robot, which received market approval from the China's National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) in March 2025, has now completed over one hundred clinical applications across multiple top-tier (Grade A, Class 3) hospitals. This milestone provides authoritative validation of the product's quality and clinical value. The current funding round will comprehensively propel the company into a critical phase of large-scale commercial expansion.

At the industrial level, Agibot has established a full-chain capability loop spanning from R&D to market deployment: its 10,000+ square meter R&D and production base and user training center in Suzhou are now fully operational. The facility possesses the manufacturing and supply capacity to produce 100 system units and 20,000 surgical instrument sets annually, while routinely providing professional training for hundreds of users each year. This infrastructure provides solid support for Agibot's expansion in both Chinese and global markets.
Concurrently, the team continues to strengthen its capabilities across technology research, pipeline development, industrial operations, and commercial expansion, forming a comprehensive system that covers the entire cycle from "R&D - regulatory approval - mass production - commercialization."

The newly raised capital will be strategically allocated across three key areas: deepening global commercial expansion, accelerating the R&D iteration of the surgical robot product pipeline, and further upgrading the advanced technology platform. Prior to this round, Agibot has successfully closed multiple consecutive financing rounds, with all participating investors being specialized institutions deeply rooted in the healthcare technology sector.
