Real Braincare Completes Tens of Millions RMB Pre-A Financing to Advance Non-Invasive Deep Brain Neuromodulation and Digital Health Platforms

News on September 12: Hangzhou Ruier Weikang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "WECARE MEDICAL") announced that it had completed a Pre-A round of financing of tens of millions of RMB several months ago, led by Nuoyu Capital, with follow-up investment from the existing shareholder, renowned angel investor Mr. Ye Huahua. The funds raised from this round of financing will be used to advance the development of non-invasive deep brain stimulation neuromodulation products based on Temporal Interference (TI), expand the product pipeline for brain science diagnosis and treatment, upgrade and iterate the Biovital digital health general technology platform, and build production, sales, and marketing teams.

WECARE MEDICAL was founded in 2021, focusing on the research, development, and sales of products for disease diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment in the field of brain science. After years of clinical research and technical accumulation, with seizure and Parkinson’s disease monitoring and quantitative evaluation as the entry point, it took four years to independently develop a wristband-style multi-modal signal acquisition device, disease seizure monitoring algorithms, and a visual data analysis management system, gradually forming a universal digital health technology platform based on multi-modal signals. Meanwhile, WECARE MEDICAL has mastered non-invasive deep brain neuromodulation technology based on temporal interference (TI), completing the closed-loop chain from "reading the brain" (Reading) to "writing the brain" (Intervening).
