Saisun Pharmaceutical to Invest RMB 15 Million in Biothos, Acquiring 4.35% Equity Stake

Beijing Science Sun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (300485.SZ) announced that the company plans to subscribe for an additional registered capital of RMB 481,500 in Baixi Ousi (Beijing) Biological Technology Co., Ltd. with RMB 15 million. After the completion of this capital increase, the company will hold 4.35% of Baixi Ousi's equity.

The announcement stated that the production of Phase III clinical samples, the contract manufacturing after the approval and market launch, as well as the sales and promotion of Baixi Ousi's innovative neuroprotective peptide BXOS110 for the treatment of stroke, should be entrusted to the company. This transaction aligns strongly with the company’s strategic development direction and is beneficial for resource integration and utilization.
