Johnson & Johnson Announces Integration of MedTech and Pharmaceutical Businesses, Renaming Janssen to Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

On September 14, Johnson & Johnson announced a brand update, integrating its two major businesses—medical technology and pharmaceuticals—under the Johnson & Johnson name. Going forward, the company's two businesses will be more closely aligned under the Johnson & Johnson brand. The pharmaceutical business, Janssen, will be renamed Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, while Johnson & Johnson MedTech will remain unchanged.
