C-MER Medical (03309) announced that, as of the date of this announcement for the past five trading days, the company's board of directors has applied a total of HK$10.4 million to repurchase 1.904 million shares amounting to a total of HK$7 million from the market under the repurchase mandate. The company will subsequently cancel the repurchased shares; and during the past five trading days as of the date of this announcement, paid HK$3.4 million to the trust under the 2022 Share Award Scheme for the trustee to purchase a total of 908,000 shares in the market.
