Oncology Drug Research, Development, and Manufacturing
On the evening of October 28, 2025, Qyuns Therapeutics announced that it has entered into a global exclusive collaboration and licensing agreement with Roche. Under the agreement, Roche will obtain the global development, registration, production, and commercialization rights for QX031N, a long-acting bispecific antibody for autoimmune diseases independently developed by Qyuns Therapeutics.
The agreement includes an upfront payment of $75 million, along with potential milestone payments of up to $995 million, in addition to tiered royalties on future product sales.

QX031N is a long-acting bispecific antibody that simultaneously targets TSLP (thymic stromal lymphopoietin) and IL-33 (interleukin-33). These two proteins, known as "alarmins," are released when the body is exposed to external factors such as allergens, viruses, pollutants, or mechanical stimuli. They play a significant role in the development of respiratory diseases like chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and asthma, contributing critically to the inflammatory process.
QX031N is expected to offer a new treatment option for respiratory conditions such as COPD and asthma, with the potential to become a first-in-class and best-in-disease therapy.

It is reported that QX031N is expected to submit IND applications in China and the U.S. in the near future, entering the pre-clinical research stage. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for Qyuns Therapeutics in the field of immunotherapy and underscores its competitiveness in the global biopharmaceutical industry.
Founded in 2016, Qyuns Therapeutics is dedicated to developing innovative immunotherapeutic drugs, with a particular focus on autoimmune diseases and cancer immunotherapy. The partnership with Roche will further advance its strategic expansion in the global market.
