News on September 21: Astellas Pharma, Inc. recently announced its plan to submit a planning application for the construction of a new factory with state-of-the-art production facilities in Tralee, County Kerry, Ireland, at a cost of approximately 330 million euros. The factory will cover an area of about 44.7 acres. According to the planning permit, construction of the new factory is scheduled to begin in 2024 and is expected to be operational by 2028.
