Recently, Tianjing Biotechnology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. announced that it had received a notice from AbbVie to terminate the licensing and cooperation agreement regarding the CD47 antibody (Lemzoparlimab) signed on September 3, 2020. The termination agreement will take effect on November 20, 2023.The termination of the agreement will not affect the $200 million in upfront and milestone payments previously received by Tianjing Biotechnology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
