Pfizer Restarts Majority of Production Lines at Rocky Mount, North Carolina Facility Following Tornado Damage

Pfizer stated on September 25 that most of the production lines at its Rocky Mount, North Carolina plant in the United States have been restarted after suffering severe damage from a tornado strike on July 19.

This factory is one of the largest production bases for sterile injectable products globally. It produces nearly 30% of the sterile injectables used in U.S. hospitals and also focuses on manufacturing various products, including anti-infective drugs.
