On September 25, Hansoh Pharma issued an announcement stating that HS-20105, a Trop-2 targeted ADC drug independently developed by its subsidiaries Shanghai Hansoh BioMedical Co., Ltd. and Changzhou Humon Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., has been approved for clinical trials. It is intended for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, with specific indications to be determined after clinical trials.

HS-20105 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) formed by conjugating a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor to a humanized anti-Trop-2 monoclonal antibody of the IgG1 subtype through a protease-cleavable linker.
Currently, globally, only one Trop-2 ADC has been approved for marketing, namely Gilead's Sacituzumab Govitecan. In the same赛道, Merck/Kelun Biotech's SKB264 and AstraZeneca/Daiichi Sankyo's Dato-DXd are in the relatively advanced Phase III clinical stage.
