KT032 is a CAR-T product targeting Mesothelin for solid tumors. Early IIT data showed that among 8 patients with Mesothelin-positive solid tumors (one with pancreatic tumor, the rest with ovarian cancer), the best treatment responses were PR (4/7), SD (3/7), with an overall response rate (ORR) of 57.5%, a disease control rate (DCR) of 100%, a median progression-free survival of 7 months, and the longest progression-free survival of 17 months; the median survival was 11.625 months, with the longest survival being 17 months.
