Teva Appoints Christine Fox as New Head of U.S. Commercial Business Following Leadership Transition

On September 28, Teva announced changes in the company’s leadership team. Sven Dethlefs, Executive Vice President of North America Commercial, will leave the company on November 17, 2023. Christine Fox, who most recently served as Global President of Gene Therapies at Novartis, will become the new head of commercial operations.
Christine Fox has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, holding leadership roles in sales, marketing, and commercial operations. Before joining Teva, Christine served as the Global President of Gene Therapy at Novartis, Vice President and General Manager of the Bone, Cardio-Metabolic, and Nephrology business at Amgen, and Managing Director of the company’s UK and Ireland branch. Earlier in her career, Christine also held leadership positions at companies such as Takeda.
In July, Teva appointed former BeiGene Chief Business Executive Angus Grant as Executive Vice President of Business Development, effective August 1.
