J&J's Spravato Nasal Spray Shows Positive Phase 3b Results for Treatment-Resistant Depression, Published in The New England Journal of Medicine and Approved in China

Recently, Johnson & Johnson announced positive results from the Escape-TRD Phase 3b clinical trial of its Spravato (esketamine) CIII nasal spray in treating patients with treatment-resistant depression (TRD). The results of this trial provide important information for physicians regarding the short-term and long-term efficacy of Spravato in treating TRD. Currently, approximately 1 in 8 people worldwide suffer from mental illness.
