On October 9, Oricell Therapeutics Holdings Limited announced that it will present four scientific posters at the 2023 Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC2023) Annual Meeting. The 38th Annual Meeting of SITC2023 will be held from November 3 to 5, 2023, in San Diego, USA.
The SITC Annual Meeting is the largest international conference dedicated to cancer immunotherapy. Each year, the meeting and pre-meeting educational program attract over 3,500 international industry leaders and representatives from academia, regulatory bodies, and government agencies. SITC provides attendees with an interdisciplinary platform for education and interaction, collectively advancing scientific progress, discovering breakthroughs, and committing to improving outcomes for all cancer patients.
These poster abstracts cover the company's four clinical and preclinical programs. They include a GPRC5D-targeted CAR-T project (OriCAR-017) for multiple myeloma (MM) in the clinical stage, two preclinical projects: one is a GPC3-CAR-T project secreting CD3-AFP BiTE for liver cancer (OriCAR633), and the other is an MSLN-CAR-T project secreting PD-L1 antibody for gastric/pancreatic cancer (OriCAR627). Additionally, there is a bispecific antibody targeting the tumor microenvironment metabolic checkpoint and immune checkpoint CD39/PD-L1.
