According to the spirit of the document "Notice on Determining the First Batch of New and Revised Medical Service Price Projects in 2023" (Document No. [2023]12 of the Henan Provincial Medical Insurance Bureau), jointly issued by the Provincial Medical Insurance Bureau, the Provincial Health Commission, and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, relevant supporting measures for the implementation of negotiated products related to additional medical consumables are being carried out. The Provincial Medical Price and Centralized Procurement Service Center, based on the "Notice on Clarifying the Declaration and Review Process for Medical Consumables Prices and Medical Insurance Access Negotiations" (Letter [2023]1 from the Henan Price Procurement Center), conducted document reviews and expert evaluations of the declared products. After review and evaluation, the products declared by five companies, including Medtronic, met the declaration requirements. Experts unanimously agreed that the products declared by these five companies are similar to the negotiated products with minor differences in performance characteristics. Based on the comprehensive document review and expert evaluation, it is proposed to implement the access process for the negotiated products declared by these five companies. The information on the negotiated products will now be publicly disclosed.
