The Phase I Single Ascending Dose (SAD) study of DR10624 in China is a randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics of single subcutaneous doses of DR10624 with dose escalation. Currently, DR10624 is undergoing SAD studies in both New Zealand and China, while Multiple Ascending Dose (MAD) clinical trials are also being conducted in New Zealand. The first subject in the MAD study was dosed in July 2023.
