These data will be released at a later ESMO press conference.
Daiichi-Sankyo will present other latest data through a small oral session, which will include the first report of a Phase 2 clinical study.DESTINY-PanTumor02(#LBA34) progression-free survival and overall survival results, the study aims to evaluate trastuzumab deruxtecan for injection (brand name: Enhertu®) The efficacy in treating various HER2-expressing solid tumors, including biliary tract cancer, bladder cancer, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer, and other cancers.
Multiple small oral sessions will simultaneously present additional latest research data from the DXd ADC portfolio, including Phase 2 studies.HERTHENA-Lung01Exploratory analysis of the intracranial efficacy of patritumab deruxtecan (HER3-DXd) in treating patients with EGFR-mutated metastatic NSCLC in China, and the ongoing study of raludotatug deruxtecan (R-DXd) for patients with previously treated ovarian cancer.First-in-Human Phase 1 StudyThe latest data. Meanwhile, ongoing activities will also be presented in poster form.Phase 1/2 StudyLatest Clinical and Biomarker Results of Infinamab Deruxtecan (I-DXd) in Patients with Advanced Solid Tumors.
Ken Takeshita, MD, Head of Global R&D at Daiichi Sankyo, stated: "We continue to deliver innovative research results that demonstrate our industry-leading DXd ADC portfolio has the potential to change the standard of care for patients across multiple cancer types and treatment settings. Data from the first two pivotal studies, TROPION-Breast01 and TROPION-Lung01, in the Dato-DXd clinical development program highlight the transformative potential of the DXd ADC portfolio in treating certain HR-positive, HER2-low or negative metastatic breast cancers as well as advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Additionally, ongoing data from other studies involving T-DXd, HER3-DXd, R-DXd, and I-DXd support our continued application of DXd-ADC technology across different targets and tumor types with the aim of providing new treatment options for patients."
During the ESMO conference, Daiichi Sankyo will also present additional data on Dato-DXd, including data reported through two mini oral sessions, with the first report on the Phase 2 clinical study.TROPION-Lung05The latest data from a Phase 1b/2 study for the treatment of previously treated NSCLC patients with actionable gene mutations, and previously untreated triple-negative breast cancer patients.BEGONIAThe latest data.
Additional data on trastuzumab deruxtecan will be highlighted in small oral sessions, including a phase 2 clinical study conducted in patients with solid tumors harboring HER2-activating mutations.DESTINY-PanTumor01The main results and Phase 2 clinical studyDESTINY-Lung01AndDESTINY-Lung02Pooled analysis of data in HER2-mutated metastatic NSCLC patients with and without brain metastases. The Phase 3 clinical study will also be presented at the Preferred Paper Conference.DESTINY-Breast04Latest survival data in patients with HER2-low metastatic breast cancer, andDESTINY-Breast01、DESTINY-Breast02AndDESTINY-Breast03Exploratory Efficacy and Safety Summary Analysis in HER2-Positive Metastatic Breast Cancer Patients with Brain Metastases.
Meanwhile, Daiichi Sankyo will hold a virtual investor conference call on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, from 8:00-9:30 AM Eastern Time (Tuesday, October 24, 2023, from 9:00-10:30 PM Japan Standard Time).
