Developer of Novel Anti-Tumor Bio-Immunotherapy Drugs
On October 17, senlangbio held the groundbreaking ceremony for the "Commercial Production Base Project for Cell Therapy Products." Yang Wenbin, Deputy Secretary of the Shijiazhuang High-Tech Zone Working Committee, and Qin Jihui, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Shijiazhuang International Biomedical Park Management Committee, attended the event. Relevant personnel from the biomedical park also participated.

Located in the Kunlun Acceleration Park, the project has a total construction area of 14,000 square meters and a total investment of 120 million yuan. It mainly builds plasmid workshops, lentivirus production workshops, cell production workshops, and supporting facilities such as R&D laboratories. It is expected to complete the GMP facility validation by May 2024, with the capability for clinical CAR-T drug production, achieving an annual production of 2000 CAR-T cell doses and an estimated output value exceeding 600 million yuan.
Senlangbio, established in January 2016, is located in Shijiazhuang International Biomedical Industry Park. It is a high-tech biomedical enterprise focused on the research and application of innovative immunocyte therapeutic drugs. After years of growth, the company has developed a one-stop proprietary gene and cell drug R&D and industrialization platform, as well as a nanobody development and screening platform. It has mastered core technologies such as large-scale plasmid production, lentiviral vector production, and primary immune cell preparation. Its self-developed products "Senl_1904B Autologous T-cell Injection" and "SENL101 Autologous T-cell Injection" have both received IND approval to enter Phase I clinical trials. Notably, "SENL101 Autologous T-cell Injection" was recently granted Orphan Drug Designation (ODD) by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The company’s overall strength and technical level are already leading in China's cell therapy industry.
Currently, Senlangbio has built an efficient cell therapy innovation technology platform. On this platform, it has developed and produced several leading products, including novel CD19-targeted CAR-T, CD7-targeted CAR-T, Combo CAR-T, universal CAR-γδT, and various treatments targeting solid tumors. These are used for treating major hematological malignancies such as acute lymphoblastic leukemia and lymphoma, as well as solid tumors like liver cancer.

Senlangbio previously established a 5,000-square-meter CAR-T research center, possessing an independently developed nanobody CAR-T platform and a comprehensive in-house product development system covering the entire process, including virus, plasmid, cell culture, testing, and clinical trials.
