On October 25, according to Astellas' official WeChat account, Astellas Pharma Group and Seagen Inc. recently announced the results of the Phase 3 clinical trial EV-302 (also known as KEYNOTE-A39) comparing enfortumab vedotin-ejfv in combination with pembrolizumab versus chemotherapy. The combination therapy improved overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) in patients with previously untreated locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma (la/mUC), with results showing statistical and clinical significance.
