October 25th, news reported that Shanghai Rongmai Medical Technology Co., Ltd., a developer of peripheral vascular interventional treatment medical devices, announced the completion of a multi-million-yuan new round of financing. This round was exclusively invested by HHF Fuyuan Investment. The funds will mainly be used for the research and development, clinical studies, and commercialization of innovative peripheral vascular interventional treatment medical devices, accelerating the domestic substitution of high-end medical devices in China.

3. Hengrui Pharma Announces Phase I Study Results of ADC Innovative Drug SHR-A2009 for Advanced Solid Tumors

On October 23, 2023, the Phase I study of Hengrui Pharma's innovative drug, the HER3-targeted ADC SHR-A2009 for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, was presented during the Mini Oral session at the conference. The study, led by Professor Wu Yilong from Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital, showed that SHR-A2009 demonstrated manageable safety and encouraging anti-tumor activity in patients with previously treated advanced solid tumors.

Research team led by Ye Haifeng, a researcher at the School of Life Sciences, East China Normal University, has developed a precise and controllable protein rapid-release technology platform called the PASS system by reprogramming the protein secretion pathway, achieving minute-level controllable release of protein drugs. The related paper was published in the journal *Nature Chemical Biology* on October 23.
