MultiTen Therapeutics Submits IND Application for Differentiated CDH6-Targeting ADC AMT-707 (CUSP06) in China

Recently, the CDE official website showed that the clinical application of CDH6 ADC (AMT-707) submitted by Puzhong Discovery has been accepted.

AMT-707 is a potential highly differentiated, Second-in-Class ADC targeting CDH6, with a structural composition of: a proprietary antibody with high binding affinity to CDH6, a protease-cleavable linker, and an Exatecan payload.TheConnector specifically designedPlanned UseInConnectionExatecan, can generate highly stable and uniform ADCs.

ClinicalFrontier ResearchStudyData show that ADCs based on this linker/payload have a stronger "bystander effect" compared to competing ADCs.The drug-to-antibody ratio of CUSP06 is approximately 8.CUSP06 has demonstrated excellent anti-tumor activity in several in vivo cancer models with high and low expression of CDH6.

In June 2022, Puzhong Discovery Pharmaceutical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. entered into a licensing agreement with OnCusp Therapeutics for AMT-707 (CUSP06). OnCusp Therapeutics obtained the exclusive rights to develop and commercialize CUSP06 globally outside of Greater China. Puzhong Discovery received an undisclosed upfront payment, development, regulatory, and sales milestone payments, as well as tiered royalties.

Puzhong Discovery primarily focuses on the development of ADCs.
