Sanofi China Official WeChat Announcement: On November 1, Sanofi announced that the first ROCK2 inhibitor, Belumosudil Mesylate Tablets (REZUROCK®), will be officially commercially launched by Sanofi China for the treatment of chronic graft-versus-host disease (cGVHD) patients aged 12 years and above who have had an inadequate response to corticosteroids or other systemic treatments.

Sanofi announced that it has reached an agreement with BK PHARMACEUTICALS and Bionova Pharmaceuticals to reclaim exclusive rights for the development and commercialization of Belumosudil Mesylate Tablets in mainland China. The exclusive license agreement previously signed between BK PHARMACEUTICALS, Bionova Pharmaceuticals, and KADMON CORPORATION, LLC (now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sanofi) to obtain these rights has also been terminated.
