This round is known as the smallest in market scale and the longest in tender period among all previous rounds of national centralized drug procurement, covering 42 varieties and over 100 "varieties + specifications," with nearly 50% being injectables.

At the same time, companies such as Ambit Pharmaceuticals, Minsheng Pharmaceuticals, Beimei Pharma, and Sihe Pharmaceuticals successively announced their winning bids, involving products like Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-Coated Tablets, Atropine Sulfate Injection, Esomeprazole Magnesium Enteric-Coated Dry Suspension, Atomoxetine Hydrochloride Oral Solution, Lacosamide Oral Solution, and Dopamine Hydrochloride Injection.

According to the analysis of China's medical insurance, this centralized procurement has six major new changes: more comprehensive variety coverage, more scientific volume ratio, more standardized bidding qualifications, more optimized selection rules, more reasonable regional price differences, and more stable implementation expectations. For example, adjustments have been made to the volume ratios for antibiotics and special drugs, and for the first time, companies are allowed to form consortia for bidding.
