On November 6, AstraZeneca, Tencent Healthcare, and Accenture jointly announced the launch of the "Next-Generation Customer Engagement Platform" (NextGen Customer Engagement Platform) at the 6th China International Import Expo. This collaboration will support AstraZeneca China in building a future-oriented Go-To-Market business model, moving towards integrated customer management and outreach, and driving innovative transformation through the platform ecosystem.

Based on Tencent Cloud's infrastructure, cloud-native architecture, and digital security capabilities, Tencent Healthcare has developed a next-generation doctor engagement management tool, NGES, which integrates the IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS layers, incorporating CRM, Events, and MCM tools to provide an end-to-end cloud solution for pharmaceutical marketing, driving innovation and supporting the healthy and sustainable high-quality development of the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.


In the future, Tencent Healthcare will further provide comprehensive solutions for the value chain of pharmaceutical and medical device enterprises.
