In July this year, a delegation of Chinese enterprises traveled to Brazil for a 5-day cross-border health innovation ecosystem exchange and cooperation event, helping16 institutionsChinese companies have gained a deep understanding of the operating policies, business environment, industry hotspots, and ecosystem in Brazil's local healthcare sector. During this period,China and Brazil have reached multiple collaborations in areas such as innovative introductions in the Brazilian market, product promotion, ecological co-construction, digital healthcare, and patient services.

AstraZeneca signed a strategic cooperation agreement with IPT, one of the largest public technology research institutions in Brazil, to jointly establish the Brazil Healthcare Innovation Center (IPE).

The International Life Science Innovation Park iCampus has simultaneously established a partnership with IPE, jointly committed to building a bilateral innovation ecosystem between Brazil and China.

The digital healthcare enterprise representative of the visiting delegation, Lida Rongyi, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with AstraZeneca Brazil. Both parties will collaborate on the digital transformation of Brazil's health system in the future.

The Chinese enterprises in the visiting delegation have all signed memorandums of cooperation with AstraZeneca Brazil, committing to introduce high-quality innovative achievements from China to the Brazilian market. This aims to further promote the enhancement of the local healthcare industry and economic development, jointly improve the efficiency and innovation capabilities of Brazil's health system, and facilitate the formation of a Sino-Brazilian healthcare industry ecosystem.

AstraZeneca Brazil and its Latin American partners are focusing on innovation in the public health sector, hoping to find leading companies in the corresponding field in China as partners through this exchange. They are dedicated to helping patients solve clinical pain points in "screening, diagnosis, treatment, and management" through big data analysis and efficient, cost-effective solutions.
