Merck KGaA launched a new employee fertility assistance benefits program in October, with reimbursement capped at approximately 170,000 yuan.The company recently stated that, in addition to the aforementioned support plans, it will also promote the development of the assisted reproductive field in areas such as pharmaceuticals and technology.
According to Merck, in China, all formal employees of Merck and their legal spouses are eligible to participate in the assisted reproductive benefits program it has launched, with a reimbursement limit of 170,000 yuan per employee.
