According to the terms of the agreement,AAstraZeneca will obtain the global exclusive authorization license for the research, development, and commercialization of UA022.。Shanghai Jiaochen Biomedical Co., Ltd. will be eligible to receive a $24 million upfront payment, in addition to up to $395 million in potential development and commercialization milestone payments, as well as tiered royalties on net sales.。
