Xiangyu Medical's Project Recommended for 2023 Henan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (First Class)

Recently, the Science and Technology Department of Henan Province announced the list of "Recommended Projects for the 2023 Henan Provincial Science and Technology Awards." The project "Key Technological Innovation and Equipment Development for Sports Injury Rehabilitation," jointly completed by Xiangyu Medical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sunnyou), a certain PLA hospital, Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology, has been recommended for the First Prize of the 2023 Henan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.

On November 27, in the Sunnyou Medical product exhibition hall, one of the key achievements of the project was showcased: the Hand Function Comprehensive Rehabilitation Training Device. "This device has a total of 12 training modes, including palm grasp, finger stretching, finger pinching strength, arm rotation, wrist flexion and extension, and more, which are particularly effective for patients with hemiplegia. Moreover, the training on this device is integrated with gaming elements, making the rehabilitation process engaging and not boring," introduced Chen Ying, the Operations Manager of Sunnyou Medical.

Sunnyou is a research and development enterprise in China's rehabilitation medical device industry, as well as a rehabilitation industry company in Anyang City. It has now jointly settled in the Neihuang County Rehabilitation Equipment Industrial Park along with more than 40 upstream and downstream enterprises.

In recent years, against the backdrop of the country's strong promotion of the rehabilitation industry development, Anyang City has placed high importance on the growth of the rehabilitation industry. Neihuang County's Rehabilitation Equipment Industrial Park has been recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and the National Health Commission as the first batch of "National Smart Health Elderly Care Industry Demonstration Parks."
