On December 4, 2023, Xingyiang (Shanghai) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. ("Xingyiang") and ACROBiosystems Group ("ACROBiosystems") officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone No.1 Life Science Park, where Xingyiang is located. Attending the signing ceremony were Mr. Chen Yiding, founder, chairman, and CEO of ACROBiosystems; Ms. Zhao Yun, vice president of cooperative development and CEO of bioSeedin; Dr. Huang Xu, vice president of sales; Dr. Chen Jinqiu, vice president of product development; Ms. Chen Xiaohong, pre-sales technical lead for East and South China; Ms. Zhang Lulu, regional manager of Shanghai; Ms. Ke Ke, head of corporate development; and Ms. Luan Die, technical manager for the Shanghai region. From Xingyiang, attendees included Dr. Wang Liqun, founder, chairman, and CEO; Dr. Zong Hongliang, vice president of CMC; Dr. Zhang Lei, vice president of R&D; Dr. Sun Mu, vice president of business development and strategy; and Ms. Wu Dongfan, BD manager.
Both parties highly recognize the commercial potential and sustainable value of each other as global strategic partners, and are willing to fully leverage their respective advantages to establish a comprehensive strategic partnership covering multiple business ecosystems worldwide, including but not limited to business cooperation, resource sharing, joint development, commercial licensing, investment and financing, etc.

ACROBiosystems will provide a series of solutions for Xingyiang to develop, produce, and clinically test cell therapy drugs, including but not limited to key biological reagent products and services such as antigen proteins, GMP-grade cytokines, antibodies, magnetic beads, enzymes, cell lines from the catalog, custom development, testing and validation services, as well as related commercial or customized kits.ACROBiosystems will also collaborate with its subsidiary brand bioSeedin, leveraging its extensive network of nearly 10,000 pharmaceutical enterprise clients globally, a highly experienced global BD team, and a comprehensive license-in and license-out trading platform and service system, to help Xingyiang (Shanghai) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. find partners more quickly and accurately, facilitate deal closures, and ensure successful implementation.
