(1) Can be applied in outpatient scenarios in communities and grassroots hospitals to achieve rapid screening for chronic kidney disease (CKD);

(2) Product maturity;

(3) Have relevant experience in hospital implementation

- Nephrology Specialty Information System Enterprises (Need to meet the following conditions):

(1) Product Function: Within the hospital, it can integrate with HIS and LIS, featuring functions for chronic kidney disease (CKD) screening across the entire hospital and a Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS); priority will be given to those with the function of interconnecting patient management inside and outside the hospital.

3. Project Background:

Currently, China has nearly 130 million patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), but the awareness rate is less than 10%. Due to its insidious onset and low awareness, most CKD patients are often diagnosed in the later stages, resulting in irreversible damage. At the same time, a comprehensive management mechanism for chronic kidney disease throughout the entire course of the disease has yet to be perfected, making it easy for patients to lose follow-up. AstraZeneca is always committed to promoting the standardization of full-course management and the normalization of diagnosis and treatment for chronic kidney disease. It supports projects such as the Chronic Kidney Disease Full-Course Management Project (CKDMC, initiated by Academician Liu Zhihong) and the Chronic Kidney Disease Regional Alliance (initiated by the Chinese Association for Medical Education). It also collaborates with nearly a thousand medical institutions at various levels across China and maintains good cooperative relationships with leading experts in nephrology.
