In July and September this year, a delegation of Chinese enterprises traveled to Brazil and Saudi Arabia respectively for cross-border health innovation ecosystem exchange and cooperation activities. These efforts helped nearly 30 Chinese enterprises deeply explore medical and health policies, market demands, and cooperation opportunities in the Middle East and Latin America. The accompanying Chinese enterprises covered industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, vaccines, medical devices, diagnostics, medical big data, and capital. During the visit, the delegation conducted in-depth exchanges with local government departments, industry associations, enterprise representatives, and investment institutions. They reached multiple cooperation agreements in areas such as local innovation introduction, product promotion, and ecosystem co-construction, boosting the "going global" of China's medical innovations.

In the first quarter of 2024, AstraZeneca Saudi and AstraZeneca Brazil will lead delegations to China for return visits. During this time, they will engage in forward-looking and authoritative exchange dialogues with leading companies in the industry and partners in the healthcare innovation ecosystem, focusing on China's national health industry policies and global healthcare innovation development trends!
