Wuhan Smartview Biotechnology Co., Ltd. ("SMAVEW") recently announced the completion of its Pre-A+ financing round. This round was co-led by Optics Valley Industrial Investment and ChangJiang Venture Capital, with participation from Optics Valley Financial Holdings. The proceeds will be primarily used for product development, market expansion, and team growth, further solidifying the company's leading position in the field of high-end biomedical imaging.

SMAVEW was founded in September 2022. With its globally leading ultrathin light-sheet technology and AI-powered image analysis algorithms at its core, the company has launched innovative products including the world's first single-objective intelligent light-sheet microscope and a 3D digital pathology system. These products provide novel three-dimensional imaging and data analysis solutions for life science research, toxicology assessment, and clinical diagnostics.
