Suzhou RAYSHAPE Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ("RAYSHAPE"), a provider of integrated dental 3D printing solutions, recently announced the completion of a tens of millions of RMB Pre-B Series financing round. This round was co-led by the Xingqi Fund (星奇基金) under Falcon Capital and ShareLink Capital, with participation from DFZQ Capital (东证资本). Index Capital continued to serve as the exclusive financial advisor. The proceeds will be primarily used for product development and the expansion of its global market presence.

Founded in 2019, RAYSHAPE focuses on dental 3D printing and integrated solutions. The company possesses comprehensive in-house R&D capabilities across all aspects of vat polymerization 3D printing—including optics, electronics, mechanics, software, algorithms, and materials—encompassing AI-driven design solutions and material development. This enables RAYSHAPE to provide complete, leading integrated solutions comprising the development, production, and sales of 3D printing equipment, software, materials, and technical support tailored to various industries and application scenarios.

To date, RAYSHAPE's client base covers leading domestic dental laboratories, top-tier public hospitals, large dental chains, major channel distributors, and prominent brands across multiple dental segments. Internationally, the company has established partnerships with over a hundred global companies across Europe, North Africa, Asia-Pacific, North America, and Central/South America.

RAYSHAPE boasts a comprehensive product portfolio, having successively launched multiple 3D printing devices, including flagship models such as the Shape1+Dental, Edge E2, and Edge Max. In March of this year, RAYSHAPE introduced the new Edge mini. This system is specifically tailored for dental clinics, designed to provide an efficient and precise chairside 3D printing solution.

The Edge mini features a compact footprint and a dual-platform design. It supports the production of intricate components like crowns, bridges, and veneers, as well as fulfills diverse clinical needs such as surgical guides, occlusal splints, base plates, and temporary restorations. It condenses high-precision printing capabilities into a miniaturized body, enabling the completion of a crown print in 15 minutes and immediate denture fabrication in 20 minutes. Its intuitive interface facilitates "plug-and-print" one-click operation, significantly reducing the learning curve and substantially improving clinical efficiency.

The launch of the new Edge mini further extends RAYSHAPE's application scenarios deeper into the clinical setting. This shift from "factory outsourcing" to "in-house clinic production" signifies not only the integration of the production and usage ends but also marks a significant acceleration of dental 3D printing technology moving from back-end manufacturing directly into the core of clinical practice. This transition will grant clinics greater autonomy and flexibility. Concurrently, RAYSHAPE is no longer confined to being a mere equipment provider but is positioned to build integrated solutions that span both the factory and the clinic.

Leveraging its comprehensive product portfolio, RAYSHAPE is capable of meeting diverse needs across different industries. The company has also independently developed over 20 types of high-performance photosensitive resin materials and end-use products, which offer significant advantages including high reliability, exceptional accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and user-friendliness, enabling it to rapidly capture a significant share of the global dental 3D printing market. As chairside applications mature, more digital diagnosis and treatment scenarios are expected to emerge. RAYSHAPE will continue to leverage its combined capabilities in "3D printing equipment + AI-powered software" to achieve full-chain value expansion—from products to materials, and from software to services.

Since its inception, RAYSHAPE has prioritized its global expansion, continuously building a worldwide customer ecosystem through high-density, omni-channel brand outreach and digital marketing strategies. To date, the company's overseas business has expanded to over 70 countries across Europe, North Africa, Asia-Pacific, North America, and Central/South America. It has established partnerships with more than 100 renowned international dental companies, including Kulzer, detax, bego, and DMG.

RAYSHAPE has completed product validation in high-value application areas such as permanent crowns, removable dentures, and surgical guides for implantology, providing reliable support to dental clinics and laboratories worldwide. The company forecasts that its overseas sales in 2025 will increase by approximately 120% year-over-year compared to 2024.

Furthermore, RAYSHAPE has successively completed bilateral compatibility validation with other internationally renowned dental material and equipment brands such as Keystone, Saremco, dreve, and dentona. This further demonstrates that the precision, stability, and openness of RAYSHAPE's equipment fully meet the stringent clinical standards of the European and American markets.

This milestone signifies that RAYSHAPE is well-positioned to leverage joint promotion initiatives and cross-brand solutions to further penetrate overseas distribution networks, establish broader international influence, and build a more extensive global ecosystem of partnerships.
