Nona Biosciences Enters into Global Licensing Agreement with Pfizer for MSLN-Targeting ADC HBM9033

(a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harbour BioMed), a company dedicated to cutting-edge technology innovation and providing partners with services covering target validation and the discovery-to-pre-IND development of next-generation biologics.^TM) A full-service international innovative biotechnology company announced today the signing of an exclusive licensing agreement with Pfizer for the global clinical development and commercialization of the mesothelin (MSLN)-targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) HBM9033.

According to the agreement, Harbour BioMed will receive a $53 million upfront and near-term payment, as well as up to $1.05 billion in milestone payments. In addition, Harbour BioMed is also eligible to receive tiered royalties ranging from high single digits to high teens on net sales.
