Sanofi Announces Approval of Belumosudil Mesylate Tablets (Yilaike®) in China for Chronic Graft-versus-Host Disease

Sanofi announced on December 15 that the targeted drug Belumosudil Mesylate Tablets (REZUROCK), with the Chinese trade name Yilaik®, has been officially approved for the treatment of chronic graft-versus-host disease (CGVHD). This further accelerates Sanofi's efforts to promote the commercial launch of the drug in China, enhancing patient access to the medication. Yilaik® is a targeted ROCK2 inhibitor for the treatment of CGVHD patients aged 12 years and older who have had an inadequate response to corticosteroids or other systemic therapies.
