Hansoh Pharmaceutical Rises Nearly 5% as Subsidiary Shanghai Hansoh Enters Licensing Agreement with GSK for HS-20093 ADC

　　Hansoh Pharma(03692) rose 4.64% in early trading, currently at HKD 13.98, with a turnover of HKD 35.9103 million.

Hansoh Pharma's wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Hansoh, has entered into a licensing agreement with GSK, granting GSK the development rights for ADC HS-20093 outside of Greater China to expand the partnership. According to the licensing agreement and its terms and conditions, the licensor will receive an upfront payment of $185 million and is eligible to receive milestone payments of up to $1.525 billion upon the achievement of related events for the product.
