According to the review, the investment and financing activities in China's medical and health sector remained relatively active last week (December 18th ~ December 22nd), with no less than eight enterprises receiving investments. On December 18, Novamab successfully completed a Series B financing round of over 100 million RMB. This round was led by Shanghai Shengdi Private Fund Management Co., Ltd., with existing shareholder Chengdu BioCity Fund (Guosheng Capital) increasing its investment. On December 18, reetoo announced the successful completion of a B2 round of financing exceeding 100 million yuan. This round of financing was led by Guoke Investment and a well-known fund in China, with participation from Shentou Control Capital, and Dian Shi Capital serving as the exclusive financial advisor. The funds will mainly be used for the production, commercialization, and R&D iteration of core products. Data shows that reetoo is an artificial intelligence medical device developer, with a product portfolio covering multiple testing scenarios such as blood, body fluids, tissues, and sputum.
Moreover, on December 19, HemaCell announced the completion of the first closing of its Series A1 financing round, with the second closing simultaneously initiated, expected to conclude in three months. The funds raised will primarily be used to advance HemaCell's three platelet-related pipeline IND applications, support the completion of various aspects of preclinical research, and simultaneously promote the industrialization of multiple sectors such as platelet drug delivery and platelet lysate.
On December 19, Tanjian Future announced the completion of a multi-million yuan Series A financing round. The proceeds from this round will be used to accelerate the construction of a digital and intelligent innovative industrial service system, expand the market, and build a professional service team. On December 18, Yirui Pharma announced the completion of its A+ round of financing. The funds raised will be used to accelerate the U.S. Phase II clinical trial of the innovative drug YR-001 for the treatment of autoimmune skin diseases, as well as for the preclinical and early clinical development of other projects within the company. On December 18, Zhejiang Weiyi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. completed a 10-million RMB angel round of financing, which will be used to strengthen the company's R&D capabilities, advance product development, and promote market expansion. On December 18, Beijing Zhongke Microbio completed a multi-million RMB Pre-A round of financing.
